Neva Eira - The Frost Charmer

Neva Eira is the quiet offspring of a blacksmith/swordmaster and a Cryomancer, (a Mage who specializes in Ice Spells). His mother specialized as the village's 'sender', the one who 'sent' the dead to 'the afterlife' by encasing their body in an extremly hard 'coffin' of ice, so their body will remain 'eternally beautiful'. His father invented a strange, yet effective type of weapon by fusing permafrost with steel, creating weapons with Ice attributes.

Neva's parents both reside in Rikka. He has inherited traits from both of them, being his father's speed, dexterity, and swiftness with a blade, and his mother's healing ability and immunity to age and disease. He can also freeze the moisture in the air, creating ice seemingly from nowhere. Ice formed this way is colder, stronger, and sharper.

Special Techniques -

~Diamond Dust - Freezes the air surrounding the target(s), then compresses it into them, impaling them with billions of icy shards. Caster cannot move the next turn. Deals 1400 damage to entire party.

~Icicle Rain - Icicles rain down on the target. Deals 900 damage to one target.

~Sheer Cold - Can only be used once per battle. Freezes the entire field of battle, along with up to two opposing party members, who cannot move for three turns, and drains all party member's HP down by 100 per turn (for the remainder of the battle).

~Subzero Cure - Heals party by 10% of user's max HP.
